If you want to change your brand image, it's not enough to get new adverts out and if you run a large scale ERP implementation, linking to the vendor's online documentation from your intranet won't get users on board and processes optimised.

  • helping you to get in interim personnel rather than more expensive consultants, if you don't have enough capacity in your own workforce to staff the project

Sustainable



All too often organisations flip back into old behavioural patterns after a transformation project has been concluded "successfully". This happens, if change was achieved only through top management pressure and micro management. As soon as other priorities require top management attention, the "success" evaporates: cost creep up again, cross departmental communication dries up,… - what ever change you were aiming at is changing back as soon as you look the other way.

To achieve sustainable change, the workforce needs to understand its importance and lower level management needs to drive it. Changes need to become a natural part of the way your people do their everyday jobs and the way they are managed. Eventually they will be engrained in your organisation's value and culture.
