Our approach to providing interims


In looking across industries we've found a few areas where agency clients don't get their money's worth, mainly because agencies often don't understand the projects they are providing staff for, don't really know the people behind the CVs, and because interims don't have the opportunity to share knowledge and develop.

As a result we don't offer agency services shuffling a maximum number of CVs. Instead we built a network of first class associates we can trust. These associates share their knowledge with each other and with our partners and consultants, thus contributing more value to their respective projects.

We don't forget about a placement once the first invoice has been paid. We make sure each client gets the best possible value throughout. Using and nurturing this dedicated network of associates reduces the risk and increases the value a client gets from one of our interims.
